Privacy Policy
How we handle personal information — including California (CCPA/CPRA) and Canada (PIPEDA) rights. Last updated: [date].
This policy explains how FW Global Consulting LLC ("FW Global", "we") collects, uses and protects personal information through this website (fwglobal.org) and when we provide services to clients in the United States and Canada. FW Global is headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with delivery teams in Pakistan.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us — your name, email, phone, company and message when you contact us, book a call, or engage our services.
- Scheduling information — when you book a call, details are processed through Microsoft Bookings.
- Client engagement data — where you engage us, financial and accounting records necessary to deliver the services, handled under our engagement terms.
- Technical data — basic, aggregated analytics about site usage. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- Preferences — a single first-party item stored in your browser to remember your light/dark theme choice.
2. How we use it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, schedule and hold meetings, provide and administer our services, meet legal and professional obligations, and improve the website. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Cross-border processing
We operate from the UAE and deliver through teams in Pakistan. Personal information you provide, and client data processed under an engagement, may be accessed and processed in those locations. Where we act for you, we apply confidentiality obligations and appropriate safeguards, and we handle client data in line with the terms of the relevant engagement.
4. Cookies
This site uses one strictly-necessary, first-party item to remember your theme preference. There are no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking. You can clear it at any time in your browser.
5. Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate — for example our website host and our scheduling provider (Microsoft) — and where required by law or professional obligation. These providers act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality.
6. Your California rights (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request access to or deletion of your personal information, to correct inaccurate information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To make a request, email info@fwglobal.org; we will verify and respond within the timeframes required by law.
7. Your Canadian rights (PIPEDA)
If you are in Canada, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw consent to our use of it (subject to legal and contractual limits). We collect and use personal information for the purposes described here and retain it only as long as necessary. Contact info@fwglobal.org to exercise these rights.
8. Retention & security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law and professional standards, then delete or anonymise it. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — including access controls and confidentiality obligations — to protect it.
9. Children
This site and our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its effective date.
